Good chair but not perfect. Main issue is absence of recliner lock. In other words, you cannot stop it from reclining. Also the arm rest mechanism that lowers and raises is finicky. Overall its a good chair but could use engineering improvements in my opinion.

I was an early adopter. I'm not a small man. I managed to snap two sets of arms of my chair in two years. Both were replaced in my home free of charge by the manufacturer. The third set of arms was redesigned. I've gone three years without a problem. It was most impressive how Human Comfort honored their warrenty. I have no complaints about this chair. Except maybe it's improved my sitting posture against my will. :). And, as mentioned above the product is very well supported.
