You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed. If your item is an in stock item, you will receive an automated tracking email when the item ships. If your item ships direct from the manufacturer you will receive an email as it ships.

We will make every attempt to cancel your order per your request. Most orders are processed and ready for shipping within 1 - 2 business days. If your order has shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. You will need to follow the above return instructions once you receive the package. All return charges apply (please refer to the Sit4Life.com return policy below for specific charges).
Get the chair you want right away with our Expedited Exchange program. Call us to initiate the exchange and we can ship your new chair within 2 business days. You will be charged for the new chair, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item. Return shipping does apply.
Refusing shipment for any reason other than for damaged merchandise will be treated as a return and all fees listed below will apply. If you are refusing the item due to damage you must note it at time of delivery. If the damage is not noticed until the package has been accepted and the box opened, you must contact customer service within 24 hours and supply pictures of the damage. The carrier may need to come retrieve the box and its contents for inspection. Do not discard the box or packaging until the claim has been completely processed. This can take up to 8 business days. Replacement merchandise will be shipped out within 3 - 5 business days from receipt of the damaged merchandise. For expedited replacement please see "Sit4Life Expedited Exchange" above.
If you purchased your chair through Sit4Life.com, we will help facilitate a repair for you. You may request a repair by filling out the warranty service form or by calling us at 877-490-5377.
We reserve the right to ship, at our discretion, parts needed to repair an item that may have been damaged. Please refer to "Sit4Life Expedited Exchange."
All standard shipping is free with the purchase of any new product. This excludes any clearance and refurbished items. FedEx Ground Shipping is available to any destination in the Continental United States. Please note that small packages do not require a delivery signature unless otherwise selected. Ground shipping is for curbside drop off only. Average shipping time is between 5 - 7 business days for in stock items. If you live in an apartment, they will deliver to the lobby. Additional shipping charges may apply to destinations located in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Express and Overnight Shipping are available upon request for an additional charge.

Many of our items are eligible for international shipping. For more information on international shipping, please call us at 877-490-5377. We are unable to ship Herman Miller and Steelcase products internationally.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the purchaser. Sit4Life.com is not responsible for any customs clearance charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Sit4Life.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type.
Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. Please be aware that products shipped internationally are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Special order items ship directly from the manufacturer. They will be delivered by a common freight or ground carrier. Delivery is to your curb side or loading dock only. You will receive a call from the carrier to arrange a time of delivery. Delivery is available Monday - Friday. Being that special order items aren't manufactured until the order is placed, tracking information is not immediately available. We will update you with information regarding your order upon request. Sit4Life.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus cards. Please ask us about our own financing through GECAF. If your billing information does not match the shipping information on your credit card, Sit4Life.com reserves the right to request that you add the shipping address to your credit card account. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
Sit4Life.com accepts checks and money orders as payment options. Please mail these payments via traceable mail to insure prompt processing. If you are paying by check(U.S. addresses only and U.S. funds only), or money order (U.S. funds only), please mail a copy of your receipt to:
